Cancellation and amendment policies depend on the type of booking and the notice period provided. For detailed information, please check your booking confirmation or Rental Agreement. Be aware that late cancellations or no-shows may incur fees, which can affect your overall rental experience.
7. Restricted Activities
Prohibited Uses of Rental Vehicle
- Using our vehicles for any illegal activities is strictly prohibited. This includes racing, off-roading, or any other dangerous driving. Transporting hazardous materials or sub-letting the vehicle to others is not allowed. Additionally, driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs is forbidden. Vehicles must not be used for purposes they are not designed for, and passengers should not exceed the specified limits. Driving beyond agreed geographical boundaries requires prior authorization.
Breach of these terms may lead to rental cancellation and extra fees.
8. Liability Limitations in Biggin Hill
